What's Happening at TAC
NEW FACES
We are thrilled to introduce Hugh Sibtain and Gus Haddad who will be running the Lodge over the summer 2021-22 season. Hugh is an experienced cook with a tremendous interest in all things foodie, having spent time under the tutelage of Nick Talum at Darling's Bistro followed by a stint at Poppy Street Pantry. Gus is completing his final year of an Outdoor Recreation and Ecotourism degree at Charles Sturt Uni. His most recent gig was leading guided walking tours on the Lara Pinta trail. Both Gus & Hugh have a passion for the outdoors and the environment are looking forward to spending a summer season in the mountains. Contact Hugh & Gus at lodge@tac.org.au.
GROUP BOOKINGS WELCOME
We would love to welcome large group and whole of lodge bookings over the summer period. TAC is a great space to accommodate all sorts of group events - family reunions, parties, conferences, special interest holidays (cycling, MTB, hiking, yoga, fishing etc.) If you have a group you'd like to bring to TAC over the summer, contact Angela Brooks on bookingdirector@tac.org.au.
