What's Happening at TAC

Annual Subs Invoices Issued Nov 1 The 2023 Annual Subs charges will be made on Nov 1 to member accounts and a charge notification sent by email with a payment link included. Please carefully read details of the payment terms on the website as subs outstanding past the due date automatically increase by 6.5%. Payment by instalment can be set up after receipt of the annual charge email by contacting Deb on The Alpine Summer Season is Underway The Lodge is now open for the summer season and Thredbo is about to kick into gear with the opening of the Hiking and MTB seasons on 19th & 20th November. Just a reminder about catering arrangements for the summer. There will be two periods where we have catering guaranteed irrespective of numbers - these periods will be covered by Lona & Caro. Catered Period 1 - Post Christmas/New Year - 29 December 2022 to 8 January 2023 Catered Period 2 - Easter - 6 April to 13 April 2023 Outside these periods, catering MAY be available subject to: Minimum of 16 people Minimum of 3 nights The availability of one of the two caterers TAC has arrangements with: Jen & Graeme - possible availability outside school holiday periods only. Lona & Caro - possible availability fitting in around bookings from other clients. It may also be possible to cater for groups of fewer than 16 people, but catering would be charged at a flat rate of $1,000 per night. The 3 night minimum still applies. Catering requests should be addressed to Graeme at - (the more notice given the better the chances) Large Groups and Whole of Lodge Bookings Large groups and whole of lodge bookings are welcomed in summer - outside of school holidays and event weekends. It's as easy as raising a booking in Clubman with details of the guests you'd like to bring and hitting submit. The request goes directly to the Booking Director for approval.
